Samaila A. A. Rukuba

Mr. Rukuba holds a M.sc. in Public Relations and a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Member of the Nigerian institute of Public Relations. He did a Professional Advanced Diploma in Public Administration (ADPA) and later a Diploma in Civil Law at the University of Jos.
Mr. Rukuba has a Professional Diploma from the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism Ogba, Lagos. He was the former Marketing, Sales, Public Relations and Events Director of Grand Hotels, Asaba. And a former Command Public Relations Officer for Plateau State.
He was also with the United Nations Mission in Angola as the Public Information Officer of the Multi-National Peace Mission. He later became the Northern Branch Manager and Head of Sales of COSCHARIS Motors Group. Mr. Rubuka is a distinguished Marketing and Public Relations professional and also member Institute of Directors. He speaks English, Portuguese, Hausa and Rukuba and is happily married with children.
